Over the last six months, Boise Police Property Crimes Detectives have investigated multiple reports involving Gibson. In each case the suspect advertised online that he could provide window replacement services on homes in the Boise area. After agreeing upon contracts and taking down payments, the suspect then failed to complete the jobs and will not respond to the homeowners who paid him. Gibson was arrested in early January but failed to appear on those charges. He currently has felony arrest warrants for failure to appear and grand theft. Officers have recently spoken to Gibson by phone but he refuses to cooperate or turn himself in.
Boise Police are worried that additional people may fall victim to this scam and officers are asking anyone with information about Gibson’s location to call authorities.
